Quarterly Market Reports

What sold, for how much, and what it meant — Salt Lake City and Park City, quarter by quarter.

Every quarter I pull the closed sales from the MLS for both of my markets, set them against the same quarter a year earlier, and add what I saw happening on the ground. Each report keeps its figures, its sources and its limits on the page, so you can check the numbers rather than take my word for them. Older reports stay here as a record of how each market actually moved.

Salt Lake City

Quarterly closed-sale figures for Salt Lake County single-family homes, the luxury tier above $1M, and what buyer behaviour looked like through the quarter.

Park City

Quarterly closed-sale figures for the Park City MLS service area, the $2.5M-plus tier, and the seasonal pattern that shapes when a mountain home should come to market.
