This is an unusual review as I have never actually purchased or sold a home through Kamee, however, I had such a positive experience with her that I felt a review is warranted. I am a federal employee and was offered a job which required me to relocate out of state. I worked with several realtors in preparation to sell my home, and Kamee’s advanced preparation and the home estimate made her the clear choice. She did a thorough walk through of my house, and gave me recommendations for home improvements that would help meet the price that she wanted to list the home for, which was much higher than the other realtors estimates. She walked me through her comps to show me how she came to this figure, and then had names of contractors who could assist with the improvement/upgrades. My job offer got caught up in the recent federal hiring freeze, so I ended up not selling my house. I am still moving forward with some of the improvements that she recommended.
